Hi everyone! Its' really great to see some of the successful stories here. Also sucks to read about the suffering bits, but that's part of getting better, right?
Day three for me now, and certainly not the first time I've been down this road, but I've got my doctor's appointment set up and waiting on the EAP counsellors. I've always had issues reaching out for help, so I'm hoping these are some good first steps!
