yeah, get on the treadmill... my neighbor across the street has a speedbag mounted in the corner of spare bedroom that shares a wall with the adjoined half of the duplex... I can hear it in my house across the street. Imagine what it must sound like living next door to it. Every day it sounds like ... it sounds like somebody hitting a speed bag - more like ten roofers hammering nails in unison...
