13th - I really do understand your struggle. I feel much in the same boat. I flip flop and have been for years. It's miserable, though. Isn't it? I had a close call last night. Was in bed reading and then BOOM! got up, got dressed, was ready to jump in my car. Thankfully I had to use the bathroom before leaving, and I paused, looked in the mirror, and changed my mind. Went back to bed and am waking up sober today instead. IT IS HARD. But it is a worthwhile fight. We're all rooting for you, 13th.
Off to the dentist this morning. I stopped going for some 5 years, back to taking care of myself.
