Day 0 here. I had two glasses of wine with my dinner. Lots of excuses for it but that's all they are. I'm probably less upset about it than maybe I should be. I hesitated to post this because I don't want to be the trigger for anyone but I also want to be honest with the group. Anyway tomorrow is a new day.
