I turned 44 for my day 4 just last friday! It was my first sober birthday since I turned 21.
For my Birthday I worked 11-9 in a commercial kitchen on the busiest night we've had in ages. By the time I got home I was too tired to even really care much but my cravings tend to die off later in the evening. It's the noon to sunset times that are hardest for me.
