30th birthday today !
It's definitely not easy getting through today without drinking but I'm staying busy .. went to lunch and played games at Dave & Busters, now at work ! The most difficult part will be after I get off and avoiding any invitational text messages to go out. However, I'm staying strong and plan to go home and watch a movie tonight !
