I have got to do this and want to be sober. I am losing my family my husband has had enough of me now. My children are worried about me and think they have just had enough aa well. They are adults and are just drifting away from me. Trouble is I think it is making my drinking worse. My husband found me asleep at 3am today with a bottle of brandy by my side. He's at work but don't know what I am going to say to him tonight when he gets home. Anxiety is through the roof at the minute worrying about it.
