6. Describe a moment in your life that was good, really good.
28th June 2004 when, after 2 months of hard work, we launched our new boat. We have always sailed as a family and had been boat-less since 1998. "Osprey" needed a lot of TLC and we had re-bonded as a family to get her into shape.
7. What revs you up when you are feeling like you have no more energy to complete the day?
A bike ride, with happy tunes on my i-River.
8. What is your favorite food?
Cheese, especially one I've just discovered - Feta made in Yorkshire.

Hmm. I try.

Feeling contentment on the inside no matter what is going on around me.
