Weekends are no problem for me. I love working at home and don't even think about drinking - I'm happy, unstressed and busy. As soon as Monday comes and I'm leaving work I always end up at the liquor store, and down the tubes goes the week! I even find myself planning the stop while I'm still at work - obviously it's a become a habit. How can I address both the pre-planning stage and actual action? I've tried "reprogramming" myself to make other stops on the way home instead, but it's like the ABC store is a gravity well
