If you want it, it's there to be had. None of the truly good things in life come without a price. Something I found that helps me stay focused. I've always had eccentric hobbies. I was good at most of them, but I never really gave it 100% because I always put drinking first. So now I have decided to take 2 of my hobbies and really focus on them, to take them to the next level (bamboo fly rod making and carving duck decoys).
I just got back from my morning AA meeting. I always feel better afterwards.
You can put it all together. Keep talking to people here, doesn't always have to be about drinking.
