Went to bed a bit early, so, consequently, I am now wide awake early. Going to be a long day since I'm headed to the TB Buc's pre season football game tonight.
Just had a pork chop and egg for breakfast. Haha, not the "treat" meal I anticipated as I completed a Whole 30 yesterday. LDT, my W-30 mentor started one on Monday - maybe I'll just keep rolling along with her?
Another tropical storm is headed to Tampa. All it does is rain on this Suncoast these days. Soon I am going to bop up to my pad North in PA for a couple months. Pretty excited to feel some cooler weather, watch the leaves turning, hang out with my kids/g-baby and meet up with my AA, gym rat and regular friends from there. I'll be a kinda reverse snowbird.
