My personal recovery hasn't been the easiest. I've seen people for whom they really are, lost friends, been emotional, felt guilty and depressed followed with feelings of gratefulness. It's been a rough road dealing with the chemical imbalances that wreaked havoc on my body internally and externally. I came across this video and thought of everybody on this site. If it helps one person through the day, my goal was accomplished.
