Try mentor connect online. I never followed through with it as my alcohol became my biggest problem for a long time. But it's a free service where they hook you up with a mentor. Try it out. Feel free to pm me. I've struggled with eating disorders for 20 years and alcohol on and off for 10. None of it is hopeless.
