I rationalized my drinking for a looooong time by the old "he brings it in the house! How can I not drink it?" line of thinking. Got me no where except very sick.
He just came in the door with a six pack of Stella Artois and Im not biting the bait - gonna choose a great night's sleep and a clear eyed evening catching up on Mr Robot instead!
My point is - it is all within your power to change your life.
