Charliesworld- I am happy you ran this morning!! 7k is really good. I think you will be ready for the half marathon before you know it. It is really rewarding...I think you have to be mentally strong to run. I think that is part of my problem. I need to push through with it but instead I give up and walk. I need to remember to breathe. lol.
Good luck to everyone who is getting their kids back in school. I know that is a hectic time. I don't have any kids but I am sure it is hard to get back on a regular schedule. Not to mention all the homework they send kids home with.
