I'm back in it Ring,I just still keep kicking myself and wondering what I could have done differently, once you let yourself derail it's hard to get the train back on the track ya know? I was proud of myself and thinking that I was accomplishing something, now I'm a little afraid of the future and how I'll cope when I get that crazy urge again, hope everyone has a nice night
