I heard very sad news today; a friend of mine who got sober just over a year ago, sadly took his own life a few days ago
. He, like me, was estranged from his spouse. He is survived by his two young children. Terribly sad...
... makes me realise that mental health issues are very much *serious business* - and that it is essential to be truly thankful for the help (professional and from friends) that I receive in dealing with my own issues.
