226 days sober
Wow! I am in awe that I am so close to year sober. It has been one heck of a ride. I am still experiencing some PAWS symptoms, but it is MUCH better than it was before. I remember when I thought I would not make it another minute let alone make it 226 days. There is still work to be done, but I am still here, moving forward trying to have a wonderful life. To anyone out there who's struggling, you can do it! Just take it a day at a time, get a good support system and a great recovery plan. Hold on, your breakthrough is coming!
