Bobbieka, I, umm, have avoided "the 50 thing" so far, but my Dr. ordered it (again) so I guess I have that to look forward to. Good to hear it went well for you.
I took off the dunce cap and donned some ice cream instead. Ice cream makes me smile.
Although that ice cream looks a little like "lucky golden poo." You can google that.
