Doing well! Sorry for not checking in earlier. This is the longest I have gone in years, and I have to say, I feel fantastic. I am back at the gym daily, running in the nearby trails, having actual conversations and have been reading the AA book. I am not a very religious person, but like the approach of us being able to choose our higher power. Confidence aside, I will not let my guard down, after all these years I know how easy it is to slip.
