Tetra, people who tend to say "look at me, I'm old. I'm 34" are people who don't actually believe that. They're saying it to make someone else feel better about themselves. You're not old. I've told you before, I'll tell you again. You're just feeling down and vulnerable. It will go away. Truly.
I'm looking out the train window and thinking just how lucky I am not to be stuck in traffic. although, the first day I'm on the train the cars are flying by on my usual driving route. Isn't that always the case?
