Day 1
After a very long battle with alcohol abuse (8 years) i have committed myself to staying sober. The downward spiral started out rather "innocently" and just deteriorated from there. As unpleasant as it is to confront the traumas and abuse which have led to my addiction and self destructive behaviour patterns and self abuse i'm excited to start this journey of healing, self discovery and rebirth. The process for me starts with love and forgiveness of myself and building a healthy balanced life.
