I'm going to smart recovery tomorrow so I'm going to try and use what I learn there to quit smoking as well.
I am going to quit and I mean it!!!
Well I got caught in a downpour on my walk!
It's been raining almost constantly for over a week so I wasn't surprised.
It was still really nice and there were a few other brave souls out walking too
