Thanks Gabe, This is what I need most, and for some reason try to avoid. I've tried and at times do love myself. However, when at times my present behavior reflects my past, I throw myself out with the bathwater. Knowing so much about myself sometimes hurts my ability to love myself or even like for that matter. The good part for those that are new is, this isn't all the time like before. I guess we avoid the difficult things for so long by using. Don W
