Hi Maidennz.Just spoke to my doctor on the phone.He confirmed what I have learned from You all at SR,that all these anxiety attacks,felling fearful etc are all part of early recovery.I will make an appointment and talk things through with my Dr.But I don't want to take any medication.The support from you all is getting me through.Guess Its up to me now to make many changes to my daily routine.
