Oh no!!!! I'm sorry, that really sucks. I would be climbing the walls, too. I know how much you want to get this over with.
As LB said, talk with your attorney and see what your options are. I know your parents have done a lot but can one of them maybe take your kids to the DMV for their driving permits? Not sure what the rules are on that, if a parent has to have their license.
