Today I was able to sand a bunch of woodwork on my sailboat (without even thinking about opening a bottle of wine and zoning out to watch the sunset, like I always used to do). Today my husband came by and helped me with the sanding, and we had fun and I didn't start any arguments (another something I always used to do).
