Welcome! I, too have a lot of drink time under my belt (35 yrs unfortunately) and also there were a couple of years that I did not drink(and didn't miss it). I guess I'm getting too old to drink that way and need to get on with my life.

24 hour thread: and commit to not drinking for 24 hours each day. It's helped me a lot to focus. Oh and there are cool peoples over there too
