Have you thought about making a recovery plan to ensure that this time is different then past attempts at sobriety? If not, I have found that it has helped keep me on track and make this time different for me then the past, and I have almost made it to 11 months sober for the first time in my life. Having a plan, being honest with all family and close friends, and completely doing the opposite then I was previously doing with the help of an amazing doctor, psychiatrist, and substance abuse counselor has been the key to recovery for me.
