I remember those days and they sucked! Everything I did revolved around drinking so when I stopped I didn't want to do anything because it all reminded me of drinking while I did them. It took time and the help of the program of AA for me to move past. It took months for me to feel like doing much but eventually I moved past and started working on projects and remembering what life was like before the drink took over.
No one wants to go to AA and no one wants to ask for help. The neat part is that the folks at the AA meetings know this and will help you feel at home and will show you a way to stop drinking and start living life again!
