A lot of us slog away, flailing and despairing...

"OH, WHAT SHALL I DO??? I'M TRYING TO QUIT BUT IT'S JUST NOT WORKING"!!!!
Here's a new suggestion, a subtle shift.
Stop trying to quit.
Start simply not starting.
When you rise in the morning from a sleep, you've not been drinking.... it isn't quitting you need - it's simply not starting to drink.
QUITTING is easy. It happens all the time.
NOT STARTING is the key, you see?
Just. Don't. Start!!!
