I recommend Inside Out to my students and to my patients, and to anyone who cares. It's a nice movie.
We cannot assume that everyone has even a basic grasp of what feelings mean for each of us. There is a condition, alexithymia, in which a person cannot identify or express their own feelings, or identify and understand the feelings of other people.
