I am sober and this is my day 1.
I did not have 19 beers so I was done sooner.
I will be fine on the detox having been going a few days drinking and then a week
sober. This of course right now is a critical time to not get any alcohol as I feel a horrible failure mentally and am sweating and what not physically. It will pass.
Coffee and cigarettes (hey one thing to quit at a time) and then water, juice, gatoraide and food.
I am not new to quitting, and also not new to the fact of having no control once I drink. Starts right back where I left off, progressive.
