Today is day 78.

Yesterday was a bit of a downer in a way. AV kicked in. Big in the afternoon. There's simply too much to do at work right now and in struggling to stay afloat. On the other hand, personal life is a little less crazy and in getting back to my workouts, which helps. Blast evening I simply vegged all evening. I don't often have that opportunity so I'm trying to accept that sometimes doing nothing is important, too.

Busy day on tap .. Hit the gym early, training all day at work, then I'm hitting the pool before heading to my dads for dinner with he and my brother. I offered to cook since dads diet is still a bit restricted - feels good for him to let me take care of him a bit :-)

And today I will not drink.
