Welcome. There is a lot of good reading and support here. If you are involved at all in the professional help your husband is getting, they usually have a lot of good suggestions for family members. Books, pamphlets, and contact with others who have been through it.
Getting help for myself and letting my husband handle what he had to do for himself was the best thing I could do for both of us. Even with all the struggles, there is still a lot of joy, friendship and even fun in Alanon. It is worth checking out some meetings in your area. Good luck, and check in with us for support too.
