I got home from work yesterday and it was a lovely warm sunny day. There is a pub almost opposite where I live and it seemed that half the neigbourhood were sitting out the front. It was really hard! I am going to have to find a way of dealing with warm weather and potential triggers. Sunlounger and book in my little back garden maybe...
