Thank you soberwolf I find myself trying to avoid any arguments in my house, it's really hard they don't understand the changes I'm going through any thing trigger me to go off the deep end. Life is usual for them it's not there fault I put myself in this situation but it makes it hard that's for sure as my answer was hit the bottle I'm now having to face daily challenges as a normal person and not turn to the bottle.... It's a shame how dependent I became to alcohol and blocked evreything out.
