Some more good news, took the advice of you guys and went to Dr about some of the symptoms I was having, keeping in mind I had gastric bypass 8 years ago, I was way low in my B complex vitamins, gave me a shot and I can't believe how fast I started to feel better.. he also told me to take milk thistle for liver health. He said as long as I keep up on the vitamin regiment and put emphasis on proteins I will be ok, only thing I can think right now is THANK YOU GOD..... the reality of just how easy I could have been hospitalized or worse even dead, slapped me right across the face today, keeps me determined, I've got 2 Grand babies to live for
