Detox
Hi, I am day 10 on detox this is huge for me I am 38 and have been drinking for 12 years downing 2 bottles of wine a night and still wanting more. I decided to stop for my marriage and my kids. I am truly amazed I have made it this far as I stopped cold turkey no help just by the grace of God. I have had insane sugar cravings which I never ate sweets before. For now I'm eating chocolate and ice cream which I never cared for before. I am however craving margaritas really bad all the time I am trying my hardest to stay away from alcohol, I went to the store earlier and didn't even realize I was walking down the wine aisle I'm assuming that was out of habit as soon as I looked up and saw where I was I looked straight down and reversed out of there. It felt good I was able to do that. Meanwhile I'm sleeping much better and saving money I'm praying this sobriety continues day by day.... Praying for you guys!
