Because it would be nice, wouldn't it, to know that something you wrote had an impact on him? Be very careful of wishful thinking, it kept me stuck for a long time.
That's a fair question. But I can tell. The pages are smudged, not always in the same order...and he's told me he's re-read it a number of times.
