I went to an IOP a couple years after a 28-day inpatient stay. The IOP really helped me out....kind of like a refresher course. I am taking advantage of their continuing care program, 1 night a week for 2 hrs. It is a group setting with a lot of cross talk with other alcoholics/addicts. I find I have learned so much there, I have been sober for almost a year. Jump in with both feet....I am loving my new life!!!! Best Wishes
