I mean, good, it's nice to have a count of how long you've been sober. But at one point, it does become obsessive.

Getting sober is not a countdown, it certainly isn't, like what some may portray it out to be. People say "if you've been sober for X number of days, you're sober for good", certainly I don't believe in that philosophy. And neither should you.

Picking up that first drink, is not a voluntary thing. Events may happen, thoughts may occur, other things may happen. And that's what leads to having that first little glass.

And that's OKAY.

Nobody is perfect. Life does go on. And as long as you have a hold of yourself, *LIVE* your life.

I am not, by any means, trying to encourage you to drink. But I am not condemning you for your choice to do so, either.

Life is supposed to be happy, live happy!

Please be sober today.

xoxo
We have two choices, Good and Bad.

We can only try and never ever give up!

Alcohol is not the problem. Our thinking is.
