There seems to be a pattern to me drinking. It's mainly boredom. Like the other night, my friend came to see me and we just didn't do anything. If we'd have planned to go somewhere or whatever that would have worked out different. I explained my issues with booze and he says next time we'll go out somewhere and do something - not involving booze.
Left to my own devices I'm OK, but there are certain situations I need to avoid where other people are concerned.
