Good for you, putting your support system in place! You're absolutely right it's time to try something new! If at first you don't succeed, try try again...but don't keep trying things that haven't worked. Switch it up until you find what works so you can vanquish the problem!

Have you quit, or do you have a quit date planned?
Thanks for the great perspective! My quit date is today. Still a little nerve-wracking, especially when this is the first time I truly feel ready to stop. The "one day at a time" quote is definitely something I'll need to tell myself a few (thousand) times at first
