It was a huge trigger for me last year since I had gotten used to winter/fall AV, but wasn't familiar with spring/summer AV since it was my first spring/summer without alcohol. It gets easier though. Just give it time and stay sober.
Yep, same here. Spring AV in full swing.
Next will be a summer AV.
Ive just had an annual work conference AV and before that I had a relationship break up AV.
I've got a birthday AV coming up, and next week I'm visiting an old friend from school that I drank with throughout my youth so that's going to be another AV right there.
The fact I drank at every single opportunity means I've got an AV for all seasons and all occasions.
The only way I'll ever change this is to ignore its cunning trickery, it's subtle, it's clever but it doesn't deserve any attention.
