Got a great workout in at the gym; and it's been a gorgeous sunny day.

The past couple of hours have sucked a bit more than I expected as late afternoon is pretty much the time I would start drinking. I have felt good and optimistic all day so I just need to get through this part. I really really really want 48 hours at least.

My husband will be home in about half an hour. So then it's dinner, study, telly. Gonna mix up some greek yogurt and banana protein powder for a little dessert.

I want to wake up with a nice head in the morning.
