Elizke if you've relapsed, DON'T GIVE UP! If you make a mistake, which you have recognized (most people aren't strong enough to do that so I applaud you!) understand you are not starting over at 0. You gained knowledge and experience from those 138 days and those days aren't lost. Keep yourself busy and consider going to meetings in your area. You got this!
