If no hiccups arise today, as of tomorrow I will have the following sobriety monitoring schedule in place for my AH, who has alternate weeks of custody of our 3 children: he uses Soberlink 3 times/day (morning, mid-day, before bed) and transmits the results to me; a missed or failed test means I pick up the girls and we go back to mediation or court to renegotiate. The testing period is every other week, while he has custody, for the next 120 days (4 months).
