I am also a coffee addict. Someone helped me by suggesting I pay attention to how coffee makes me feel.
I'm fine in the morning but after a few inches of coffee I start feeling stressed.
It was suggested to me to start drinking that half coffee-half decaf. The other day I even tried a DD decaf and it wasn't bad. Actually pretty smooth, at least while hot.
We have choices. We can treat it like we did alcohol or we can cut back.
I just have to remember to bring God into the picture. That is when I'm able to toss out the cup.
