I went from 1/2 pot of coffee per day to 2 pots of coffee per day when I quit drinking. I've quit caffeine, cold turkey, in the past and ended up with a 3 day headache. I'm weaning. I've switched to green tea in afternoon and I'm making my coffee weaker than I usually do.
